Poopy Monster LLC (“Poopy Monster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:

  • Dog waste cleanup

  • Cat litter box cleaning (where applicable)

  • Yard deodorizing (where permitted)

  • Seasonal or one-time cleanups

  • Add-on services listed on our website

Service availability may vary by location, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

Yard Access

  • Provide full, unobstructed access to the service area at the scheduled time

  • Ensure gates are unlocked and service areas are accessible

Pet Safety

  • Secure all pets indoors or away from the service area during visits

Hazards & Conditions

  • Disclose known hazards, including holes, broken fencing, aggressive animals, chemicals, or unsafe terrain

Weather Acknowledgment

  • Understand that severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay or reschedule service

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in skipped service, rescheduling fees, or service termination.

3. Property Access Authorization

By scheduling service, you expressly authorize Poopy Monster LLC and its employees or contractors to enter your property solely for the purpose of performing the requested services.

Poopy Monster is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property conditions

  • Hidden or underground hazards

  • Normal wear to lawns or landscaping caused by foot traffic

4. Service Frequency & Scheduling

Customers may schedule:

  • Weekly service

  • Twice-weekly service

  • Bi-weekly service

  • One-time or seasonal cleanups

Missed Visits
If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, unsecured pets, unsafe conditions, or customer error, the visit may be marked as a blocked service and billed accordingly.

Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule non-emergency visits.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing varies based on yard size, number of pets, service frequency, and conditions

  • Payment may be billed per visit or on a recurring basis

  • Prices may be updated with notice

Late or Failed Payments
Late, declined, or failed payments may result in:

  • Temporary service suspension

  • Additional fees

  • Account termination

All payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you believe an area was missed:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional charge

This guarantee does not apply when:

  • Access was restricted

  • Service lapses occurred

  • Yard conditions exceeded normal maintenance expectations

7. Health, Safety & Waste Handling

Poopy Monster follows Monroe County and New York State regulations for proper pet waste disposal.

We do not handle:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Wildlife feces

  • Unknown substances

  • Waste contaminated with chemicals or toxins

We reserve the right to decline or modify service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

8. Yard Deodorizing & Products

When deodorizing services are used:

  • Only approved, pet-safe products are applied

  • Customers are responsible for confirming suitability for grass, plants, or pets

Poopy Monster is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Plant sensitivity

  • Pre-existing lawn or soil damage

9. Service Cancellations & Termination

Customer Cancellations
Recurring services may be canceled with 7 days’ notice.

Company Termination Rights
Poopy Monster may suspend or terminate service at any time due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Repeated access issues

  • Non-payment

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Violation of these Terms

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be issued for prepaid services not yet performed

  • Completed services and labor already provided are non-refundable

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poopy Monster LLC is not liable for:

  • Lawn damage caused by pet urine, pests, or environmental factors

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Injuries caused by customer pets

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poopy Monster LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Failure to secure pets

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Inaccurate information provided

  • Third-party claims related to your property

13. Communications & Consent

By requesting a quote or using our services, you consent to receive communications from Poopy Monster via:

  • Phone calls

  • SMS/text messages

  • Email

These may include service updates, reminders, billing notices, and marketing messages.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to SMS messages

  • Using email unsubscribe links

  • Contacting us directly

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access restricted systems

  • Copy or distribute content without permission
