Do I need to be home?

Nope. As long as the yard is accessible (unlocked gate) and dogs are secured, we’ll complete the visit and text you when it’s done.

Is there a first-visit or initial cleanup fee?

If a yard has significant buildup, we’ll quote an initial deep clean so future weekly service stays quick and affordable.

Do you disinfect tools between yards?

We clean and maintain our tools between properties using pet-safe, non-pesticidal cleaning solutions to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-yard transfer.

What happens during winter or bad weather?

We work year-round. When severe weather prevents access, we reschedule or perform a longer catch-up visit on the next service day.

My gate is locked—what should I do?

You can add a lock code or leave a combo lock. Alternatively, we can meet you once to receive a spare key tag.

Do you service backyards with leaves or tall grass?

Yes, but heavy leaf cover or tall grass can hide waste. Consequently, we may recommend a quick lawn/leaf tidy for best results.

What about broken bags or missed areas?

Do you offer deodorizing?

Yes — we offer an optional enzyme-based Yard Deodorizing treatment that helps reduce lingering outdoor odors. It is pet-safe, lawn-safe, and non-pesticidal.

Can you do a one-time crate/kennel or patio clean?

Yes — we offer light crate, patio, and small-area cleanups using pet-safe cleaners. (For heavy-duty pressure washing, we may refer you to a specialized vendor.)

Do you fill holes or low spots?

We can fill small holes with topsoil as an add-on. However, larger grading is best for a landscaper—we’re happy to recommend partners.
