Known for her positive attitude, contagious energy, and strong team spirit, Kaila is dedicated to helping families enjoy cleaner, safer yards without the hassle of picking up after their pets.

As a proud mom of two and a lifelong animal lover, Kaila knows that pets are family. She shares her home with two dogs, three cats, and four reptiles, giving her firsthand experience with both the joys—and the occasional messes—of pet ownership. Her love for animals and genuine desire to help others make her a natural fit for the Poopy Monster team.

Before joining Poopy Monster, Kaila gained experience in business administration with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. She also worked on event crews and as a social media specialist for iHeartMedia, served as a nanny, and currently coaches youth athletes with New York Icons and the Greece Chargers. In addition, she proudly serves as a board member for the Greece Chargers organization.

These experiences helped shape Kaila into the dependable, hardworking professional she is today. She believes in showing up with enthusiasm, treating people with kindness, and paying attention to the little details that make a big difference.
